The following real estate, situate in Batavia Township, Clermont County, State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stone south west of a line of said Jennie L McCann and John Zurmuhle thence in a north easterly direction to a line between said Jennie L McCann and said John Zurmuhle one hundred and ninety four feet (144 feet) to a stake in the run cornered between said John Zurmuhle and said Jennie L McCann also corner to Mrs. Maria White and Mrs. Ernsburger Thence in a south easterly direction up said run in the line between said John Zurmuhle and Mrs. Ernsberger twenty five feet (25 feet) to a stake thence in a south westerly direction on a line parallel with said first line, one hundred and ninety four feet by 44 feet to a stake to New Street, in the line of said John Zurmuhle thence in a north westerly direction twenty five feet (25 feet) to the beginning. Being at a tract of land twenty-five feet wide and ninety four feet long containing 17.81 square poles of land more or less, Being  part of the 4.40 acres tract of land conveyed by Judge T R Ashburn and wife to said John Zurmuhle by deed date April 10th 1868 and recorded in Deed Book  S 7th No 88 pages 317 and 318. Clermont County Ohio Record of deeds. And all the Estate, Title and Interest of said John Zurmuhle either in Law or in Equity of, In and to the said premises; together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging, and all the rents, issues and profits thereof; To Have and to Hold the same to the only proper use of the said Edward McCann and Jennie L McCann their heirs and assigns Forever. And the said John Zurmuhle for himself and for his heirs, executors, and administrators do hereby covenant with the said Edward McCann and Jennie L McCann their heirs and assigns, that he is the true and lawful owner of the said premises and has full power to convey the same that the title, so conveyed, is clear, free, and unencumbered, and further, that he will Warrant and Defend the same against all claim, or claims, of all persons whomsoever. In Witness Whereof, the said John L Zumuhle had hereunto set his hand his 24th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three (1903) signed: John Zurmuhle Signed and acknowledged in Presence of Us: WA.
