Be it remembered, that Elizabeth Irwood this day filed in this office, her petition praying to be divorced from her husband, James P. Irwood, for the cause of willful absence from her for more than three years. Notice is therefore hereby given to said James P. Irwood, to appear here at the Supreme Court nxt to be holden at the Court House within and for county of Adams, on the first day of the term, and there to answer the alligations contained in the petition aforesaid of the said Elizabeth Irwood.
