Additional Comments:
This is my maternal grandfather; his cancer had spread, and he underwent brain 
surgery and radiation treatments at Park View Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. 
He died at his home (215 Erie St, Antwerp) during the night/early morning 
hours. Grandma discovered him in the morning and phoned my mother.  We just 
lived down the road from them (3 houses between us) at the time. Grandpa had 
served in the US Navy during WWII, aboard the USS Winged Arrow in the Pacific
