It is approximately 1/2 acre set aside according to the will of Stephen William Owens (1752-1837). It is enclosed by a chain link fence approximately 200 feet south of Township Road 71-A and about 2 and 1/2 miles west of SR 93 (near Roseville in Perry County). Most of the headstones are badly deteriorated and/or fallen over or buried. But, weeds and vegetation are kept under control.
