The death of Mrs. Irvin Berry occurred Sunday night at her home on South Main 
street, after a prolonged illness of tumorous cancer of the spine. The husband 
and three step children survive. R. M. Fountain and J. C. Fountain of  
Somerset, are brothers of the deceased. Funeral services were held Tuesday 
afternoon at M. E. church, Rev. A. J. Hawk, officiating, interment in local 
cemetery.
