Elizabeth (Leist) Collins, wife of Andrew Jackson Collins, of Pickaway County, 
Ohio. Before moving to Kansas with her husband and four children in 1868, was 
a resident of Salt Creek, Pickaway County, Ohio since birth in 1839. She was 
the daughter of Elias S. and Elizabeth (Rhoads) Leist, and the granddaughter 
of Rev. Jacob and Elizabeth (Shoemaker) Leist from whom the name of Leistville 
was taken.
