by me a Minister of the ME Church.  Filed and recorded this 1st day of 
November A.D. 1886 A.R. Miller

Additional Comments:
Millie Dover's given name was Amelia. According to the Probate Court Record of 
Births for Pickaway County, James McLaughlin & Amelia Dover had a daughter 
named Maud Myrtle McLaughlin on October 3, 1887.
