                         JOHN (JACK) EDWIN FROST

     Died – Tuesday, 14 February 1989 in Washington C.H., Ohio (Fayette 
County).
     Residence – Bloomingburg, Ohio (Fayette County).
     Born – 22 July 1915 in Pike County, Ohio.
     Parents – Ervin and Eva Leota (Tener) Frost (both deceased).
     Spouse – Grace (Humphrey) Frost.
     Son – John Robert (Lisa) Frost of Fayette County, Ohio.
     Daughter – Mrs. James (Julia) Grim of Fayette County, Ohio.
     Grandchildren – Catherine and Sarah Grim.
     Brother – Robert E. Frost (deceased).
     Sisters – Mrs. Louise Halliday and Mrs. Evelyn Carpenter of Fayette 
County, Ohio.
     Arrangements – Gerstner, Kinser, & Summers Funeral Home.
     Burial – Bloomingburg Cemetery, Fayette County, Ohio.
     Misc. – Moved to Fayette County, Ohio in 1933.  U.S. Army W.W.II 
veteran.  Member of United Methodist Church, American Legion, and Bloomingburg 
Lions Club.  Occupation – Farmer.
