OCK PACEMrs. Ock Pace has been apprised that under the terms of the will of heruncle, Redmond Condon, of Waverly, Pike Co., Ohio, she has been made oneof the legatees of an estate valued at many thousands of dollars. Justhow much property Mrs. Pace gets under the bequest is not known, but isbelieved to amount to a very considerable sum. Mr. Condon had no familyand conveyed by will, his entire estate to his nephews and nieces, underwhich provision Mrs. Pace had the good fortune to be one of thebeneficiaries. The estate consists of both real and personal property,of which there is about $20,000 of the latter in bonds and othercollateral securities. The administrator of the estate has beenwritten to in relation to the matter and Mrs. Pacewill know in a few days the amount of the legacy bequeathed to her byher uncle. The REGISTER joins the many friends of Mrs. Pace incongratulations upon her unexpected inheritance. Although human in allrespects, we do not envy the good fortune of others, but felicitate themupon their prosperity. We are immensely pleased when good luck comes toourselves and measurably so when it comes to others.Source:November 29, 1899 Mt. Vernon Register News Mt.
