Died May 14th, 1864, near Edinburgh, Ohio, Mrs. Margaret Patterson, wife of Mr.
James R. Patterson, aged 33 years. Mrs. Patterson had been for many years a
consistent member of Apple Creek Presbyterian church… Her husband has lost an
excellent companion; her children, a tender and loving mother; and a large circle of
friends, one they highly esteemed...
