SHALERSVILLE - Harold W. Pennell, 79, of 9067 State rt 44, died Monday
in Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna.

Born in Ravenna, Mr. Pennell was a retired contractor.  

He leaves sons, James F., Brimfield, John and William G., both of
Shalersville, Harold Jr., Freedom, Charles L. Garrettsville; daughter,
Mrs. Betty Horner, Shalersville; brother M. E. Pennell, Talbott, Tenn.;
13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services will bea at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Wood funeral home in
Ravenna where friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight.  Burial will be in
Maple Grove cemetery in Ravenna.
