Mr. Everett A. NOLING and Miss Maggie M. MCMANAMY License Issued the 23rd day 
of April 1892 to the above named parties. No. 7229

AFFIDAVIT
The State of Ohio Portage County Everett A. NOLING Having made application for 
a LICENSE for and Miss Maggie M. MCMANAMY and being duly sworn, says that he is 
of the age of twenty-one years, and has no wife living; and that Miss Maggie M. 
MCMANAMY is of the age of eighteen years, as resident of Franklin Township, in 
said County, and has no husband living; that said parties are not nearer kin 
than second cousins; and there is no legal impediment to their marriage.

Sworn to and Subscribed before me, this 23rd day of April A.D. 1892
