John C. Brooke of Wash Tp appoints sons Chas F. Brooke & Wm M. Brooke Exrs.
1st directs a suitable monument erected to wife & self & son Thomas M.
2d to sell all that remains of my property & divide it equally among my legal 
heirs.  Dated Oct 2, 1863 John C. Brooke  Attest: Isaac Maroney, B.E. Taylor, 
Probated Nov 17, 1866 before Geo W. Thompson probate Judge.
