REV LAYPORT DIES IN HIS FLORIDA HOME

Columbus Grove, Dec 26—Rev. Edward Layport, D.D., 81, was a former resident of 
this place and at one time pastor of the Presbyterian church.  He died 
Christmas morning at his home in Penney Farms, Florida.  He has lived in 
Florida for the past seven years.

Services will be held in the Columbus Grove Presbyterian church Wednesday at 
10 a. m. with burial in Rockport cemetery.

Surviving are the widow, Zoa Day Layport; a daughter, Mrs. Helen L. Belden, 
Springfield; and, a son, Edward T. Layport, Ottawa.

NOTE:  Maiden name of Zoa Day Laport:  Zoe Hays Tingle.  
       Her first marriage was to Irving S. Day.
