W. Jones to Mr. Benjamin G. Slusser, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph G. Slusser, was solemnized Wednesday at the home of the bride. Promptly at seven o’clock to the strains of the Wedding March as played by Miss Edith Jones, a sister of the bride, the young couple descended the stairway into the parlor, where the minister awaited them. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Wisely of Vaughnsville, in the presence of about forty friends. The bride wore a beautiful white batiste gown, elaborately trimmed with lace and carried a bouquet of bride’s roses and smilax. Many handsome gifts were received by the young people, who will reside in Sugar Creek township, near Vaughnsville. The out of town guests were C. B. Storlin and wife of Columbus Grove; Lester Downing, Cincinnati; G. B. Louthan, Columbus Grove; J. C. Jones and family; Albert Clevenger, Lima."
