THE MANSFIELD NEWS Friday May 10, 1918 

Solomon Daubenspeck, Mifflin township farmer, died shortly after 10
o'clock this morning at his home three miles east of this city on the
Wooster road.  He had been in failing health for more than a year.  He
was 85 years of age, and besides his wife, is survived by three sons,
Frank, of this city; George, residing west of the city, and Ira, at
home, and four daughters, Mrs. Emma Snider, of east of the city; Mrs.
Jacob Au and Mrs. W. C. Davidson, of this city, and Mrs. W.H. Hoover, of
Greenford.  Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
