Shelby, Richladn Co., Ohio
Friday, December 9, 1898

Levi D. Laughbaum, for many years, mail carrier between the junction and
post office, died  at  his country home 3 miles south  east of Shelby,
Tuesday morning of consumption.  Funeral services were held at home Thursday
morning at 10 o'clock conducted by Rev. Wilson of the M. E. Church, after
which the remains were laid to rest in Oakland cemetery.
