Mansfield Daily Shield, 5 Apr 1912, Pg. 2
Mrs. Margaret Leach Newlon, widow of the late William R. Newlon, aged 82 years, died
at the home of her  
daughter, Mrs. John Dillon, of 587 S. Diamond street, Thursday afternoon about 3:30
o’clock after several 
years illness with infirmities of old age.  She was a member of the First M.E.
church.  She leaves three sons, 
Charles, Thomas, and Jesse Newlon of this city and Mrs. John Dillon and two
brothers, John Leach of this 
city and Joseph Leach of Springfield.  Funeral Saturday afternoon at 3:30 o’clock,
conducted by Rev. Grose.
