BARNHART.
     GERALDINE JUNE BARNHART, 59, of 1065 Lafayette St., Greenfield, died at 
6:23 p.m. Sunday, January 3, 1993, at Greenfield Area Medical Center.
     She was born November 24, 1933, in Ross County to JOHN HENRY COKONOUGHER 
and AMELIA IRENE MILLER COKONOUGHER.  She was a homemaker.
     She is survived by her husband, MELVIN BARNHART, whom she married June 
16, 1951, a son, JAMES M. BARNHART of Greenfield; a daughter, Mrs. RICHARD 
(PATRICIA J.) SMITH of Bainbridge; four grandchildren, JULIE and AMANDA 
BARNHART of Greenfield; RACHAEL WILLMAN of Bainbridge and BRENT SMITH of 
Bainbridge; and a brother, JOHN COKONOUGHER of Holliday, Florida.  She was 
preceded in death by three brothers, CECIL COKONOUGHER, (sic HOWARD) WILLIAM 
COKONOUGHER, and HERBERT COKONOUGHER.
     Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 7, at Murray 
Funeral Home.  Rev. Dennis Brewer will officiate with burial to follow in 
South Salem Cemetery in South Salem.
     Friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Geraldine died of a sudden heart attack.
