     Spouse:  CHARLES “BILL” CLAY (married 19 Oct. 1954).
     Children:  DENNIS W. (GINA) CLAY, WILLIAM T. “BUZZ” (LAURA) CLAY,  FONDA 
S. (STEVE ROGERS) CLAY, PAMELA L. CLAY, DEIDRA (BILL SHULKE) CLAY, ESTELLA 
(GENE) PAYNE, and KIMBERLY K. CLAY (deceased).
