			BONNIE L. DAVIS
	Bonnie L. Davis, 84, of South Salem, died Monday, Oct. 23, 2006 at 
Greenfield Area Medical Center.
	Born May 1, 1922 in Ross County, she was the daughter of Forrest 
Olaker and Norma (Crusie) Olaker.
	She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn (Don) Woods of Chillicothe 
and Norma Jean (Lynn) Carter of South Salem; four grandchildren, Donna (Jeff) 
Johnson, Michael A. Goen Jr., Scott (Jennifer) Carter and Alan K. Carter; five 
great-grandchildren, Megan Johnson, Heather Johnson, Levi Carter, Taylor 
Carter and Montana Goen; and three sisters, Bina Truitt of Washington C.H., 
Imogene (Bernard) Vineyard of Sabina, and Woneta Taylor of South Salem.
	Her husband, James E. Davis, whom she married Feb. 14, 1943 in South 
Salem, died later the same night as his wife.
	She was preceded in death by one daughter, Judith Elaine Goen; four 
brothers, Perry Olaker, Herman Olaker, George Olaker, and Delno Olaker; one 
sister, Dena Peters; and both her parents.
	 She was a homemaker and a member of the South Salem United Methodist 
Church.
