From the Tuesday, 18 July 2006 “Times-Gazette” of Hillsboro, Ohio:

     Sarah Jane Gregg, 73, of Wilmington, died Saturday, July 15, 2006 at the 
Wilmington Nursing and Rehabilitation Residence.
     Born June 27, 1932 in South Salem (Ross County, Ohio), she was the 
daughter of the late Thomas Leroy Ford and Mary Elizabeth Thomas Ford.
     On July 27, 1957 she married Delbert F. Gregg, who preceded her in death.
     She was a member of the Bible Missionary Baptist Church, member and past 
president of VFW Post 6710 Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the American 
Legion Post 49 Auxiliary.  She retired from Wal Mart in Albany, Ga.
     Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Tom (Thelma) Ford of 
Wilmington, Robert (Elease) Tyler of Elmira, N.Y. and Bruce (Melvina) Gregg of 
Chesapeake, Va.; one daughter and son-in-law, Janice Johnson of Dayton; one 
brother and sister-in-law, James (Claire) Ford of Albany, Ga.; one sister, 
Dorothy Jones of Circleville; grandchildren, Jerri Newton, Tim Ford, Tommy 
Ford, Elaina Johnson, Amanda Tyler, Beth Tyler, Amy Tyler, Alexis Sams, Brian 
Gregg and Christian Gregg; great-grandchildren, Laquita, Devon, Marcus, 
Christiana, Terrance, Timothy Cannon and Kiarra; and one sister-in-law, Rita 
Anderson of Wilmington.
     She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Donald Johnson; five brothers, 
Lester Ford, Clarence Ford, Russell Ford, Thomas Ford and Raymond Ford; and 
one brother-in-law, Reuben Jones.
     Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 20 at the Bible Missionary 
Baptist Church in Wilmington with Pastor Kurtis L. Summerville officiating.  
Burial will be in the Clinton Memory Gardens. 
     Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 19 at the Reynolds-Smith 
Funeral Home in Wilmington.
