                                           HAFER
	Robert N. Hafer, 57, Greenfield Rt. 1, died at 9:50 P.M. Monday, April 
23, at the Fayette Memorial Hospital.  
	A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Greenfield 
VFW and Mt. Logan Riding Club.  He was a former employee of Price’s SOHIO 
station.
	Born June 19, 1921, in Ross County, he was the son of William A. Hafer 
and Susie Linton Tittler, of Greenfield.  He was married to the former Billie 
Jean Hitt, who died March 11, 1979.
	Survivors include a son, Glenn E. Hafer, Greenfield; a daughter, Mrs. 
Tony (Vicki) Stubbs, Leesburg; brother, Donald L., Greenfield; two sisters, 
Mrs. Robert ( Helen) Fitzpatrick, Liley Chapel, and Mrs. Myrtle Stookey, 
Greenfield; six grandchildren.
	He was preceded in death by one brother.
	Services by Murray’s Funeral Home, Greenfield.
	Burial in Greenfield Cemetery.
