	SISTER(S):  Opal (John) Rhodes, & Bessie Hester (deceased).
	BROTHER(S):  Homer Forsythe (deceased).
	FUNERAL HOME:  Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield, Ohio.   
	BURIAL LOCATION:  Bainbridge Cemetery in Bainbridge, Ohio.
	OTHER INFORMATION: Survivors include niece Phyllis Hester, and three 
nephews Bob (Joyce) Rhodes, Jim (Nancy) Rhodes, & Tom (Tammy) Rhodes.  She was 
a 1946 graduate of Buckskin High School.  
	OCCUPATION: She retired in 1988 after 30 years of working at U.S. Shoe 
Factory in Greenfield, Ohio.
