                                MARY RHOADES.
	Mary Rhoades, 85, of Bloomingburg, Ohio died on Wednesday, Aug. 2, 
2000 in Mount Carmel West.
	Mrs. Roads was born in Ross County on Nov. 6, 1914 to Claude and Rosa 
(Merriman) McCoy.  She was a homemaker having lived all her life in the 
Washington C.H. and Bloomingburg, Ohio areas.
	In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, 
Robert L. Rhoades, three brothers and three sisters.
	Mrs. Rhoades is survived by children; Audrey (Billie) Miller of 
Bloomingburg, Ohio, Patricia Rhoades of Sun City West, Ariz., Jo (Larry) 
COKONOUGHER of Greenfield, Kay (David) Reid of Jeffersonville, Ohio, three 
sisters; Gertrude Morris of Hillsboro, Ohio, Gladys Larkins of Leesburg, Ohio, 
Betty Larkins of Chubbock, Idaho and by eight grandchildren, ten great-
grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and special friend Pat Wilson of 
Washington C.H.
	A funeral service for Mrs. Rhoades will be held on Saturday, Aug. 5, 
2000 at 10 a.m. in the Wellman-Kinzer Funeral Home with burial to follow in 
the Washington Cemetery.
	Memorial contributions may be directed to Spring Grove Church c/o 
Charles Hizer, Box 14, Milledgeville, Ohio.
