Parents:  GEORGE SMART (deceased) and LULA (TARLTON) SMART (deceased).
Spouse:  GABRIELLE S. (PETCHEY) SMART (deceased).
Siblings:  two brothers (deceased) and two sisters (deceased).
Child:  EVA (LARRY) ANTHONY.
Grandchildren:  THERESA ANTHONY and SHANNON ANTHONY.
Great-grandchildren:  SHANE ANTHONY, ZACHARY BROWN, and ZANE BROWN.
Cremation arranged by Summers Funeral Home of Washington C.H.
Miscellaneous:  Lived most of his life in the Greenfield area, was a U.S. Army 
WWII veteran, and retired after 33 years as a dietitian in VA hospital in 
Chillicothe, Ohio.
