     SON(S):  Robert Earl Wagner, Franklin Lee Wagner, Darrel Dean Wagner, and 
Richard Thomas Wagner (deceased).
	DAUGHTER(S):  Mrs. Mary Ellen (Ray) Surber.  
	SISTER(S):  Mrs. Lillian (Harry) Cokonougher, Mrs. Ruth Wilkie, and 
three other sisters who predeceased her.
