                                WILSON.
          John I. Wilson, 68, 245 South st., Greenfield, died at 2:15 a.m. 
Thursday at Greenfield Hospital after a sudden illness
          He was a retired employe of the city of Greenfield for 20 years.
          Born in Ross County, Sept. 18, 1907, to Isaac  and Alice Hester 
Wilson, he married the former Mary Louise Mercer, who survives, on March 4, 
1946.
         Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Don (Grace Ellen) Winters, 
Buena Vista, O; three grandchildren; one brother, Edgar K. Wilson, Greenfield; 
two sisters, Mrs. Byron (Esther) Sells, Medina; and Mrs. Dora Sulcebarger, 
Washington C.H. Rt. 1.
         He was predeceased by two brothers and one sister.
         Service will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Murray's Funeral Home with 
Danny Dodds officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenfield Cemetery.
         Friends may call at Murray's after 4 p.m. Friday.
