This is a family photo of Harold and Nora Hester who lived in the Fruitdale/ 
Lyndon/South Salem areas of Ross County, Ohio.  There main home was on Turkey 
Ridge Road.

Additional Comments:
	  Harold "Tony" Dwight Hester was born 05 October 1907 in Ross County, 
Ohio and died 28 November 1975 in West Volusia Memorial Hospital, Deland, 
Florida.  He was the son of  Frank Hester (born 20 Oct. 1877 in Ross County, 
Ohio; died 19 march 1962 in Ross County, Ohio) and  Rosa Ella Clark (born 11 
Dec. 1883 in Ross County, Ohio; died 31 March 1952 in Greenfield, Highland 
County, Ohio.  He and Nora Ellen Spurgeon (born 5 Sept. 1911 in Pike County, 
Ohio; died 30 April 1987 in Greenfield, Highland County, Ohio) were married 07 
September 1926 in Mason County, Kentucky..  She was the daughter of Jacob 
Alexandria Spurgeon ( born 11 June 1859 in Fayette County, Ohio; died 12 Nov. 
1938 in Ross County, Ohio) and Lillie Mae Levy (born 19 July 1877 in Pike 
County, Ohio; died 10 Feb. 1951 in Franklin County, Ohio.  All of these people 
lived most of their lives in the Fruitdale/Lyndon/South Salem areas of Ross 
County, Ohio.

		ii.	Martha Ellen Hester, born 03 June 1931 in Ross County, 
Ohio; died 18 October 2001 in Greenfield. Highland County, Ohio; married 
Donald Jacob (Jake) Barnhart.
		iii.	Lawrence Elmer Hester; married (1) JoAnn Dickus;  (2) 
Linda Louk.
		iv.	Dorothy Marie Hester, born 29 January 1935 in Ross 
County, Ohio; died 30 July 2004 in Franklin Co., Ohio; married (1) Ralph 
Curtis "Sam" Pummel;  (2) Richard A. Watson 
		v.	Mary Catherine Hester; married Kenneth (Kenny) Kingery.
		vi.	Elizabeth "Libby" Jane Hester; married (1) James Allen 
Wilson, Jr.; (2) William Hayden
		vii.	Harold Dwight Hester, Jr., born 09 November 1941 in 
Ross County, Ohio; died 15 January 1942 in Ross County, Ohio.
		viii.	Un-named (Schnees twin) Hester, born December 1941 in 
Turkey Ridge. Ross County, Ohio; died December 1941 in Turkey Ridge. Ross 
County, Ohio.
		ix.	Barbara Ann Hester, born 25 January 1943 in Ross 
County, Ohio; died 15 May 1944 in Columbus, Ohio. Franklin County..

		xi.	Fern Louise Hester, born 04 April 1947 in Ross County,

County, Ohio; married (1) John Koch;  (2) John Wardlow; (3) James Stratton.
		xiii.	Janet Lynn Hester; married Howard Michael Pauley.
		xiv.	Gerald (Gary) Lee Hester; married (1) Teresa Cox; (2) 
Emily B. Meredith.
