This photo shows the bronze veteran's marker stone for Henry Smith.  He also 
has another stone at the gravesite for him and his wife.  The veteran's marker 
reads:  "HENRY C. SMITH.  PVT. US ARMY.  WORLD WAR II.  1903 1977."

Additional Comments:

     Henry was the son of Frank and Lucinda (Davis) Smith.  He operated a 
grocery store and the Post Office in South Salem, and was also a Mayor of 
South Salem.
