Henry Kuykendall appeared with Ignatius and others in a charge
against the Estate of Richard Nolen , June 6, 1802. Those named
in the will abstracts all likely lived near each other in
Deerfield Township.

Co., OH., page 103), page 131; Richard Nolan, dec'd. Charges
against estate by William Nolin, Admin'r, boarding 3 orphans for
3 months $15.00; Funeral charges $6.00; David Henderson, Ezekiel
Bassel, Henry Kirkendall, John McDougall, Isaiah Dewer, IGNATIUS
SOLLARS, John Berry, Peter Tittel, GEORGE  ATER, John Timmons.
