From page 5, col. 2, of the 25 Nov. 1920 "The Greenfield Independent" of Greenfield, Ohio.

" COKONHOUR - SCHMIDT.  When Mr. John A. Schmidt and Miss Anna Mae Cokonhour 
started on a motoring trip to Chillicothe on Wednesday, Nov. 10, their 
intimate friends were not surprised to learn that the destination of their joy 
ride ws the Ross county court house followed by a visit to the Methodist 
parsonage where the happy young couple was quietly married by Rev. J. E. 
Walter their pastor.  The bride is the accomplished daughter of Mrs. Mary Cox, 
of South Salem.  Mr. and Mrs. Schmidt will take up their abode for the present 
on the old home farm near Greenfield."

                          Anna Mae Cokonougher
	1.  Anna Mae Cokonougher, born September 17, 1892 in Ross County, 
Ohio; died January 28, 1978 in Greenfield Manor Nursing Home, Greenfield. 
Highland County, Ohio.  She was the daughter of 2. Zackriah Cokonougher and 3. 
Mary Elizabeth Wisecup.  She married (1) John Adam Schmidt November 10, 1920 
in Ross County, Ohio.  He was the son of Martin Schmidt and Mary Sabina 
Snarrenberger.
	
Children of Anna Cokonougher and John Schmidt are:
		i.	Patty Conaway, Foster child; married John Leach.
		ii.	Alvin Conaway, Foster child; married Janet Storts.
