At probate judges office, Chillicothe, Ross Co, O Sept 28, 1925Will Book 7 p 
454 application to file will of Mazeppa M. Coates recites that Mazeppa M. 
Coates late of Scioto Tp died on or about May 28, 1923 & states that she died 
leaving John D. Coates, brother Eureka, Calif as her only next of kin.  
Petitioner is Charles S. McDougall before Elijah Cutright Jr probate judge.  
Offered for probate June 2, 1923 & is as follows:
