Walker, 66, associated with the advertising department of the Fremont News-Messenger for 23 years prior to his recent retirement, will be held at 9:30 a. m. Wednesday in St. Joseph's Church. A resident here 23 years, he came here from Ironton. A native of Portsmouth, he died Saturday night at the home of his son, Alan, Louisville, Ky. He died of a heart condition. Surviving are his son, daughters, Mrs. Gene Price and Mrs. Jean Booze, Fremont, two sisters and 10 grandchildren. He was a member of St. Joseph's, it's Holy Name Society, third and fourth degree Knights of Columbus and Elks. Ochs Mortuary is in charge. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
