    From the "Clyde Sentinal" January 31, 1879  Page 4:  
        Old Mr. Zimmerman, father of William and Mrs. John Sewalt, of Adams
Township, died January 23, 1879, Age 78 years, 2 months, and 12 days.  Born
Nov 11, 1800 in Barks (?Berks) county Pennslyvania.  He moved to Stark
County in 1824 and to Seneca County in 1834.  He was a resident of Green
Springs until 1851.  He then moved to Green Creek township where he lived
until 1864.  He then moved to Adams Township where he died at his
residence.  He joined the Presbyterian Church in Stark County and died in
full faith of his immortality.
