Written: September 27, 1879

In the name of the Benevolent Father of all
I Henry Daub of Jackson Township, Sandusky County, Ohio Do make and publish 
this my last will and testament.
Item 1st it is my will that my just Debts and all charges be paid out of my 
Estate
Item 2nd I give and Devise to my sons Jacob Daub & Michael Daub and Daughters 
Catharine Havens & Elisabeth (?)Fry ten dollars each one of them.
Item 3rd I give and Devise all the residue of my Estate to my Daughter Mariah 
Tapping for care and special servis(sic) rendered in my last sickness.
Item 4th I do hereby nominate and appoint my son MJ Daub Executor of this my 
last will and testament hereby empowering him to adjust release compromise and 
discharge in such manner as he may deem proper the debts due me and to pay my 
debts.
in testimony thereof I have hereunto set my hand (??) this 27th day of 
September AD 1879 (signed)Henry Daub
Signed and acknowledged by said Henry Daub as his last will and testament in 
our presence and signed us in his presence
