Mrs. Nancy Prayther, 80, 713 Third St., died this morning at Elmwood Village 
Nursing Home.  A native of Sandy Hook, Ky., she was preceded in death by her 
husband, James Garfield Prayther.  Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. James 
McConnell, 1042 Kinney's Lane, Mrs. Clarence Frump of Hillsboro, and Mrs. 
Russel Swaim of Troy; three brothers, Dee Flannery, 3909 Rhodes Ave., New 
Boston, Ernest Flannery of Morehead, Ky., and George Flannery, 918 Third St.; 
two sisters, Mrs. May Lytten 3864 Rhodes Ave., New Boston, and Mrs. Ferol 
Thomas of John St., two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Funeral 
services are to be held at 2p.m. Friday at Windel-Howland Funeral Home with 
interment in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 
to 9 p.m. Thursday.
