Services for Cherie Royce Weaver, 25, of Houston, Tex., a former Portsmouth 
resident, who died Thursday at Houston, are planned at 10 a.m. Wednesday at 
Roger W. Davis Funeral Home at West Portsmouth.  She is survived by her 
husband, Timothy Wayne Weaver; two sons, Jeremy Wayne and Shane Eric, and a 
daughter, Letitia Mae, who live in Sciotoville with their grandparents, Mr. and 
Mrs. Walter Weaver; her parents, Leon Vernon Royce of Louisiana and Roberta Joy 
Royal Royce Murta of Portsmouth; a brother, Marc A. Royce, and a sister, Deanna 
L. Royce, both of Portsmouth, and two grandmothers, Dorothea Royal of 
Portsmouth Rt. 5 and Vontola Royce of Portsmouth.  Rev. Eugene Young is to 
officiate at services, with interment in Memorial Burial Park.  Friends may 
call at the funeral home from 2 to 9 p.m. today.
