Kallner, 87, of Minford, died Friday, September 06, 2002, at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. Born March 21, 1915, in Scioto County, a son of the late Elza and Stella May (Bennett) Kallner, he was a self employed farmer. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Elmo and Margie Kallner of Reynoldsburg and Tom and Brenda Kallner of Minford; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ann and William Casey of Reynoldsburg and Pamela Kallner and Russell Kelm of Worthington; six grandchildren, Lisa, Matt, Mindy, Mark, Aaron and Natalie; and 12 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita E. (Coey) Kallner, May 06, 2002, whom he married May 9, 1936, in the Stockdale Methodist Church parsonage; and one sister, Nellie Leota Kallner, in infancy. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, September 8, 2002, at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford, with Pastor Tim Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Bennett Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday and one hour prior to the service Sunday. Kallner, 83, of Minford, died Monday, May 6, 2002 at her residence. Born February 8, 1919, in New Boston, a daughter of the late Floyd and Edith (Reeder) Coey, she was a lifetime resident of Scioto and Jackson Counties. She was a homemaker and owned and operated Juanita's Beauty Shop in Minford since 1960. She is survived by her husband, Lowell T. Kallner, whom she married May 9, 1936, in the Stockdale Methodist Church Parsonage; two sons and daughters-in-law, Elmo and Margie Kallner of Reynoldsburg and Tom and Brenda Kallner of Minford; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ann and William Casey of Reynoldsburg and Pamela Kallner and Russell Kelm of Worhtington; six grandchildren, Lisa, Matt, Mindy, Mark, Aaron, and Natalie; 11 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Ed Coey and Cecil Coey.
