Miss Samson was born in Minford Jan 22, 1864, a daughter of James and Elizabeth Wood Samson. She had resided in Scioto County most of her life and had been a resident of Wheelersburg the last 11 years. She was a resident of Westerville, Ohio from 1934 to 1948. Surviving are two nephews O. M. Shumway 2235 Summitt st. and Ralph Samson of Westerville, two nieces, Mrs Nola Samson King of Westerville and Mrs Stella Kallner of Minford. Miss Samson was a member of Trinity Methodist Church. Funeral services are to be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Erwin-Dodson Funeral Home in Minford. Interment is to be in Bennett Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 tonight.
