Cann alleging in the complaint that the parties intermarried at Redwood City on the 30th day of June, 1920, and one child, Jennie Laellie Cann, aged ten months, is the issue of the marriage and is now in the custody of the mother. The complaint further sets forth that on November 23, 1922, the defendant wrongfully and without cause deserted the plaintiff and now lives separate. and apart from her, leaving her without (_?_) or income to maintain herself though having a large amount of real and personal property of the value of approximately $30,000 from which he derives an income of $600 per month. A second course of action charges cruelty hence Mrs. Cann prays the court to require the defendant to pay her a reasonable amount for the support and maintenance of herself and the minor child and that he pay also the court of suit incurred in this action. --MERCURY HERALD: March 8, 1923
