WELSH TO OBSERVE ST. DAVID'S DAY

	Welsh people of San Francisco will celebrate St. David's 
day Thursday with a grand banquet at the Fairmont hotel under the 
suspices of the Cymrodorin society of California.  Fred T. Williams 
is president of the society.  Welsh musicians will entertain.
