These electronic pages may NOT be reproduced in any format for profit or presentation by other organizations. page012a Mrs. ZOA ELLIOT DIES Services at Home Tuesday Afternoon Mrs. Zoa Elliiot, wife of Jerome Elliot passed quietly away early last Sunday morning after a lingering illness of many months. She was a very patient sufferer and carried her burden with great magnanimity. Funeral services were held at her late home on north high street and was attended by a host of friends and relatives. The bountcous floral offerings were expressive of the high regard in which she was held. In her obituary it says that she was born on December 19, 1861, in Gilboa, Ohio. She came to this city when a girl and quickly found her place in the work of the church and in social life of the community. She was married to Dr. Henry Thompson Breckbill on December 12, 1882 who preceded her in death. On November 15th, 1905 she was united in marriage to Jerome Elliot. She leaves to mourn their loss, her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Corns, Miss Henrietta, one grand daughter, Miss Jane Corns, all of Columbus Grove. One half sister, Mrs. Sarah Pease, Columbus Grove, three half brothers, Tom Maple, Lima, Ed. Maple, Leipsie, Charles Maple, Toledo and many relatives and friends.
