Thomas Knox, 60, former pastor of the Market St. Presbyterian church, Lima, Ohio, died suddenly at his home in Madison, Wis., Sunday according to word received by his daughter Mrs. Seward Folsom, 540 W. Market Street, Lima, O. The Rev. Knox was born near Belfast, Ireland, and at an early age came to this country with his parents who settled in New Jersey. He was a graduate of Union Theological Seminary, New York City. He spent 15 years as a missionary in Illinois. He was appointed pastor of the Market Street Presbyterian church in 1912 and remained here for seven years during which time he gained a wide acquaintance. He is survived by one son Marshall Knox, Detroit, and one daughter Mrs. Seward Folsom, Lima. Rev. Knox was well known to a large nuber of Columbus Grove people.
