 Six-year-old Andrew Eugler of Port Clinton was killed
   last Sunday evening when he ran in front of an
   automobile driven by Charles L. Eckles of Fostoria,
   who with his wife and daughter was returning home of
   Lakeside.  Sheriff Stark off exonerated Eckles from
   all blame, as spectators said the little fellow ran
   into the road directly in front of the machine, which
   was going about 15 miles an hour.
