   Judge Silas S. Richards
   Clyde Jurist who has been the unique compliment of
   being re-elected Judge of the Court of Appeals
   without opposition from either party.    He has been
   on the bench in Common Pleas, Circuit or Appellat
   Court for the past 17 years, and has served in nearly
   every county in the State.  There is no Judge in Ohio
   whose opinion are more respected by attorneys, and no
   one who is looked upon by lawyers and litigants as
   most fearless and impartial.
