Jones, residing six miles north-west of Columbus Grove, passed away on Wednesday evening, March 10th. The husband, accompanied by his little son four years of afe, returned to the house after doing the chorse, to find his wife lying lifeless upon the dining room floor. The wife and infant daughter were the only ones in the house when the tragedy occured. Less than a half hour prior to this Mr. Jones saw his wife outside sweeping the porch and in the meatime thought her to be preparing supper as usual. Upon entering the house and finding the baby crying, and supper only begun the young man felt that s Every attempt was made on the part of the bereaved husband to revive the young wife; friends were summoned and medical assistane rendered but life could not be restored. Death came as a terrible shock to her family and friends. Since the birth of her infant daughter four months ago, the young mother has seemed to be so melancholy and at times so nervous, the cause of such being attributed to the fact that her little girl was not in perfect health. While the ultimate cause of her death is unknown, her family and friends attribute it to the result of her worry and nervous state momentarily overcoming her. Her facial experssion and general physical condition reveal her journey to the Better Land to have been peacefully undergone.
