In County Court

In The Matter of the Estate of James L. Merchant,
Deceased.

Notice is hereby given, that Annie E. Merchant, the duly
appointed and qualified Administratrix of the estate of
James L. Merchant, deceased, has filed herein her
petition to set apart homestead to surviving wife, and
has rendered and presented for settlement, and filed in
said Court her final account and report of her
administration as such administratrix and praying for
distribution of the balance in her hands; and that
Monday, the 2nd day of April, A. D. 1928 at 11:00
o'clock in the forenoon of said day In Testimony
Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed, the
seal of said Court, this 12th day of March, A. D. 1928.
