FARMER BREAKS LIMB IN CRASH OF AUTOMOBILES Driver Of Other Machine Hurries Away And Eludes Pursuit By Sheriff. C. M. Leeney, 50, farmer, living near Beaverdam was severly injured last Thursday when the automobile which he was driving collided with an automobile driven by an unidentified man, at intersection of Blue Lick road and Findlay pike, shortly after noon. Charles Joseph, 25, Findlay road, who was riding with Lenney when the accident occurred, escaped with a few minor bruises. Lenney was taken to the City hospital where an examination disclosed a fractured leg and several cuts about he body. At- tending physicians report his condition as not serious. The accident occured while Lenny and Joseph were enroute to Lima from Beaverdam, according to a report made to police, and was due to the careless driving of the parties who failed to stop after the collision. Sheriff Baxter was summoned to the scene and gave chase to the automobile which carried the other parties, but was unable to overtake them. ----
