   One night last week Dr. E. W.
Baker's new Buick coupe was side-
swiped by a couple of Fords hitched
together and the Buick fender was
damaged.  The Doctor didn't want
his car all messed up like that with-
out holding somebody responsible, as
he got Mayor Blair and they followed
the Ford driver to Bellevue, where
they overhauled him and he put up
$25 for repairs.  He gave his name
as E. L. Stickel of Canton.
